For your safety and relax

For a safe stay at Ramada Plaza Milano, we have activated some important procedures to prevent the risk of Covid19 infection:

 

RECEPTION AND COMMON AREAS

 
  • Cleaning and disinfection with specific products, frequent ventilation of all areas, signage with details of main procedures activated in all areas and additional air filters cleaning according to guidelines
  • Diversification of entrance and exit paths and mandatory request to wear facemask at all times within the hotel
  • Body temperature measurement every time a guest enters the hotel
  • Check-in and check-out with mandatory social distancing and plexiglass panels placed on the Reception desk
  • Hands sanitation gel available at the hotel entrance and in all common areas and elevators
  • Use of elevators only by one guest at the time or by more guests if part of the same family
 

ROOMS

 
  • Disinfection by ozone sanitation and specific products at every check-out and additional air filters cleaning according to guidelines
  • Free disposable hands sanitation gel and disinfected napkins in every room
  • Additional cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and replacement of all unused courtesy products after check-out
 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

 
  • Daily disinfection by ozone sanitation and by use of specific products in restaurants, kitchen and all staff areas, additional air filters cleaning according to guidelines
  • Plexiglass panels placed at restaurants and bar cashier's desks
  • Body temperature measurement every time a guest enters each restaurant
  • Distance among tables, sanitation of table linen and disinfection of all surfaces at each new guest arrival with detergents alcohol or sodium hypochlorite based
  • Buffet breakfast served at the table, lunch and dinner with A La Carte menus, laminated and disinfected after each use
 

OTHER SERVICES

 
  • Limited access to fitness center (max 2 people at a time), disinfection gel available to clean equipment after each use and daily ozone sanitation during closing hours
  • Outside swimming pool water cleaning (seasonal opening) with disinfection specific products, limited access to water (max 4 people at a time), sun loungers set at 1,5 mt of distance
  • Sanitation of bikes available for free to our guests after each use
  • Shuttle service (van and car hire at a fee) with social distancing of passengers, mandatory facemask wearing and hand disinfection while on board, ozone sanitation treatment after each trip
  • Meeting spaces with limited capacity according to social distancing requirements, hand sanitation gel available in each area, mandatory request to wear facemask at all times and revised food and beverage offer, in line with guidelines to prevent spreading of infection
SUMMER TRAVEL SAVINGS
