We hereby inform you, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (the Italian “Personal Data Protection Code”, hereinafter “Code”), that Hotel Stamira S.r.l., having registered offices at 27 Via Stamira d’Ancona, 20127 Milan (hereinafter “Stamira”), as Data Controller (Titolare del trattamento), will process the information provided by you by completing the registration form for the sole purposes of sending you Stamira’s newsletter.

Your personal data may be processed by means of paper documents or electronic instruments. Your personal data may be processed by Stamira’s employees and consultants in charge of marketing division, duly appointed as Persons in charge of the processing (Incaricati del trattamento) and may be disclosed to third parties, duly appointed as Data Processors (Responsabili del trattamento), who supply auxiliary services in relation to Stamira activity. The data will not be disseminated.

Disclosure of personal data is voluntary. However, should you not provide your data, we will not be able to send you the newsletter.

Please be informed that you may exercise the rights provided under Article 7 of the Code (e.g. the right to access your personal data, to obtain rectification, updating and erasure of the data if incomplete or wrong or unlawfully collected, as well as the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data) by simple request to the above address or by sending an email to privacy@ramadaplazamilano.it. The current list of the names of the Data Processors is available at any time at Stamira’s premises.
